§ 10. The Department may make and adopt such reasonable rules relating to Migrant Labor Camps as may be necessary to carry out and administer the provisions of this Act and to assure the safety of the migrant workers and their families. In preparation of such rules, the Department may consult with and request technical assistance from other State Agencies, and may consult and advise with other technically qualified persons, and with Migrant Labor Camp operators and others.
The promulgation of any rules shall conform to the requirements of “The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act”, as now or hereafter amended. 1 The Department shall prepare copies of all rules and shall make such copies available, in electronic form, to the public and shall not be required to furnish copies in any other format.
