Illinois Statutes Chapter 205. Financial Regulation § 660/8.5. Purchase of contracts with actual knowledge of violation of Acts

§ 8.5. Purchase of any retail contract, retail charge agreement, or evidence of indebtedness thereunder after actual knowledge that the contract, agreement or evidence of indebtedness violates this Act, the Retail Installment Sales Act  1 or the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.  2
