§ 8.10. Conducting business as a sales finance agency, bank, savings and loan association, consumer finance company, or credit union, under the laws of this or any other State or of the United States of America, when the license to conduct that business has been cancelled, revoked, suspended or denied for reasons other than failure to pay the required fees for that license.
