§ 3-2. Authority to require demonstration of exemption. The Secretary may require that any person or entity claiming to be exempt from licensing pursuant to Section 3-1 provide information and documentation to the Secretary demonstrating that it qualifies for any claimed exemption. The burden of proving the applicability of an exemption is upon the person claiming the exclusion or exception.
