§ 6-12. The receiver shall serve at the pleasure of the Commissioner and upon the death, inability to act, resignation or removal by the Commissioner of a receiver, the Commissioner may appoint a successor and upon such appointment all rights and duties of the predecessor shall at once devolve upon such appointee.
