§ 5-7. Any person or corporate fiduciary affected by any action under this Act, other than under Section 5-6, may request a hearing before the Commissioner within 10 days after receipt of notice of such action. The hearing shall be held by the Commissioner within 30 days after such request has been received by the Commissioner. At the conclusion of such hearing, the Commissioner shall make a determination approving, modifying or disapproving the action taken as the final administrative decision.
