§ 11. Such license, if issued for a community currency exchange, shall state the name of the licensee and the address of the licensed location. Such license, or its annual renewal, shall be kept conspicuously posted in the licensed location and shall not be transferable or assignable. If issued for an ambulatory currency exchange, it shall so state, and shall state the name and principal office address of the licensee, and the name and address of the location or locations to be served by the licensee, and shall not be transferable and assignable.
