§ 72. Repeal. “An Act to revise the law in relation to Credit unions and to repeal a certain act therein named”, approved June 16, 1953, as amended is repealed. 1 The repeal of this Act or any parts of any act in relation to credit unions does not affect any right accrued or established or any liability or penalty incurred prior to the repeal thereof.
