§ 24. Conflicts of interest. No director, committee member, officer, agent or employee of the credit union shall in any manner, directly or indirectly, participate in the deliberation upon or the determination of any question affecting his pecuniary interest or the pecuniary interest of any corporation, partnership, or association (other than the credit union, other credit unions or credit union organizations) in which he is directly or indirectly interested, unless such interest is disclosed to the board of directors prior to such deliberation or determination, in which event such person shall be entitled to participate and, if otherwise entitled to, shall have the power to vote on such matter.
