§ 12105. Applicability of other Acts. Whenever in any Act the term “savings and loan”, “building and loan”, “mutual building loan and homestead”, or “building loan and homestead” or other similar name is used with reference to an association organized for the purposes of associations incorporated under the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985 or a similar Act, such reference shall be applicable to a savings bank operating under this Act. Whenever in any Act the term “members”, “shareholders”, or “investors” is used in connection with such associations, however named, the same shall refer to members and holders of capital of savings banks operating under this Act.
