§ 3. Every program coordinator authorized by the Director to supervise a training program organized under this Act shall be covered by a liability insurance policy which protects him from liability for damages arising during any time he is engaged in the operation of his official duties. The cost of such a program coordinator's liability insurance policy shall be paid by the State of Illinois and shall be a charge on the wildlife and fish fund.
