Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 861/5. Legislative intent

§ 5. Legislative intent. The General Assembly finds that authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to enter into a public-private partnership will allow the World Shooting and Recreational Complex to become a fully reactivated space in a timely manner and is in the best interest of the State and the local community.
