§ 805-35. Adopt-A-River program. The Department has the power to establish and maintain Adopt-A-River programs with individual or group volunteers in an effort to encourage and facilitate volunteer group involvement in litter cleanup in and along portions of rivers and streams located in State parks and park lands. The State and the Department and its employees are not liable for any damages or injury suffered by any person resulting from his or her participation in the program or from the actions or activities of the volunteers.
