Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 630/8. Eligibility of non-profit agencies

§ 8. A non-profit agency is an eligible employer with respect to temporary work relief projects determined by the employment administrator to have long-term benefit to or to be needed by the community. To be an eligible employer a nonprofit agency shall comply with the requirements of Section 9 concerning eligible businesses.
