§ 13. Allocation within service delivery areas; priorities. Allocation of funds within a service delivery area shall be determined by the Employment Administrator in each service delivery area. The Employment Administrator shall give priority to job applicants who: (i) live in households with no other earned income source; (ii) have been unemployed for 6 months or more; or (iii) who would otherwise be eligible to receive Temporary Aid to Needy Families under Article IV of the Public Aid Code, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or general assistance under Article VI of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
