§ 605-990. Notice of legislation affecting local governments. Beginning on March 1, 1984 and annually thereafter, the Department shall notify each county, municipality, and township of all State legislation that has taken effect during the preceding 12 months that in the Department's view directly affects or has significant impact upon the functioning of local governments. Notice shall be provided by delivering, by mail or otherwise, to each such unit of local government a listing of the legislation.
