Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 505/8b. Homeless persons

§ 8b. No homeless person eligible to receive benefits or services from the Department shall, by reason of the homeless person's status as a homeless person, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits under or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity provided by the Department.
