§ 7.7. Limit on multiple placements. If the Department has placed a child in substitute care pursuant to a court order, the Department may not change the child's placement unless the Department specifically documents that the current placement is unsafe or unsuitable or that another placement is in the child's best interests or unless the new placement is in an adoptive home or other permanent placement.
