§ 34.6. To submit to the General Assembly no later than March 1 of each year a report in relation to the incidence of alcohol and drug abuse among families, adults and children who are clients of the Department. The report shall specify the numbers of families, adults and children who are clients of the Department and have identified or suspected alcohol or drug abuse problems.
