§ 22.2. To provide training programs for the provision of foster care and adoptive care services. Training provided to foster parents shall include training and information on their right to be heard, to bring a mandamus action, and to intervene in juvenile court as set forth under subsection (2) of Section 1-5 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 1 and the availability of the hotline established under Section 35.6 of this Act, that foster parents may use to report incidents of misconduct or violation of rules by Department employees, service providers, or contractors.
