Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 505/17a-10. Unified delinquency intervention services

§ 17a-10. The Department of Human Services may administer unified delinquency intervention services to provide community-based alternatives to commitment to the Department of Corrections of children adjudicated as delinquent minors, and who meet such criteria as established by rules of the Department of Human Services.
