Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 505/12.1. Children with handicaps; placement, supervision and foster care

§ 12.1. To cooperate with the State Board of Education and the Department of Human Services in a program to provide for the placement, supervision and foster care of children with disabilities who must leave their home community in order to attend schools offering programs in special education.
