§ 7e. Chairman, meetings. The Commission shall meet at such time and place as shall be specified by call of the chairman or the Director. At least one meeting shall be held each month. Notice of each meeting shall be given in writing to each member by the chairman at least three days in advance of the meeting. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
