§ 2. The Commission is authorized to co-operate with the Committee of 76, the City Council of the City of Chicago, the County Board of the County of Cook and with any and all other interested civic associations which are interested in the planning of a World's Fair to be held in Chicago in 1976 to commemorate the bicentennial anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
