Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3966/15-10. Illinois Economic Development Board responsibilities

§ 15-10. Illinois Economic Development Board responsibilities. In addition to its duties under the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  1 and the Illinois Economic Development Board Act,  2 the Illinois Economic Development Board shall form a Business Regulatory Committee to generate private sector analysis, input, and guidance on methods of regulatory assistance and review.

2 20 ILCS 3965/0.01 et seq. (repealed).
