§ 8.9a. Extension of project completion date. Any party that has previously received approval by the State Board to re-establish a previously discontinued general acute care hospital in accordance with Section 8.9 of this Act shall have the automatic right to extend the project completion date listed by the party in the party's certificate of exemption application by providing notice to the State Board of the new project completion date.
