Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3960/5.1. Health care facility alternative health care model; permit

§ 5.1. No person shall construct, modify, or establish a health care facility alternative health care model without first obtaining a permit from the State Board except as authorized by the provisions of the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act.  1
