Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3855/1-30.2. Administrative Review Law applies

§ 1-30.2. Administrative Review Law applies. Any final administrative decision of the Agency, or of the Director of the Agency, that is not subject to review by the Commission, is subject to review under the provisions of the Administrative Review Law.
