§ 1-25. Agency subject to other laws. Unless otherwise stated, the Agency is subject to the provisions of all applicable laws, including but not limited to, each of the following:
(1) The State Records Act. 1
(2) The Illinois Procurement Code, except that the Illinois Procurement Code does not apply to the hiring or payment of procurement administrators, procurement planning consultants, third-party program managers, or other persons who will implement the programs described in Sections 1-56 and 1-75 of the Illinois Power Agency Act. 2
(3) The Freedom of Information Act. 3
(4) The State Property Control Act. 4
(5) (Blank).
(6) The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. 5
