§ 7.24h. The Authority may use its administrative funds for loans or grants to finance the cost of rehabilitating housing units for the homeless mentally ill. For purposes of this Section, a person is “homeless” if such person has no permanent or temporary housing.
The Authority shall, within 90 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1989, develop a plan for making rehabilitated housing units financed by the Authority available to the homeless mentally ill.
