§ 32. The Authority is authorized to provide to nonprofit corporations, housing corporations and limited-profit entities such advisory, consultative training and educational services as will assist them to become owners of housing constructed or rehabilitated under this Act. Advisory and education services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, technical and professional planning assistance, the preparation and promulgation of organizational planning and development outlines and guides, consultation services, training courses, seminars and lectures, the preparation and dissemination of newsletters and other printed materials and the services of field representatives. The Authority is also authorized to provide nonprofit corporations, housing corporations and limited-profit entities with advisory, consultative, technical, training and educational services in the management of housing, including but not limited to home management and training and advisory services for the residents of housing so as to promote efficient and harmonious management thereof.
