Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3805/23. Computation of capital reserve fund

§ 23. In computing the amount of the capital reserve fund for the purposes of this Act, securities in which all or a portion of the fund is invested shall be valued at par, or if purchased at less than par, at their cost to the Authority.
