§ 7. Enforcement of rights of bondholders and bond trustees. Any owner of a bond of the Authority issued under this Act, or any trustee under any trust agreement securing bonds of the Authority issued under this Act, except to the extent the rights given by this Section may be restricted by the provisions of the bonds, the trust agreement or the resolution of the Authority authorizing the issuance of the bonds, may by suit, action, mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any rights under the laws of this State or granted under this Act, or the applicable bonds, trust agreement or resolution of the Authority authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required under the laws of the State or granted under this Act, or the applicable bonds, trust agreement or resolution of the Authority authorizing the issuance of such bonds to be performed by the Authority or any officer thereof.
