Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3435/2. Reservations in deeds from state

§ 2. Any deed hereafter given by the owner of public land may contain a clause reserving to the State a property right in any archaeological and paleontological resources or portion thereof and also reserving the right to explore and excavate for the same.
