Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 3110/4. Transfer of state property

§ 4. Any department, board, commission, agency or officer of this State or the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University, the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University, the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University, the Board of Trustees of Governors State University, the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University, the Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University, the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University, the Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University, or any public community college district board may transfer jurisdiction of or title to any property under its or his control to the Authority when such transfer is approved in writing by the Governor as being advantageous to the State.
