§ 9.02a. To charge contract administration fees used to administer and process the terms of contracts awarded by this State. Contract administration fees shall not exceed 3% of the contract amount. Contract administration fees used to administer contracts associated with the legislative complex, as defined in Section 8A-15 of the Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984, shall be deposited into the Capitol Restoration Trust Fund for the use of the Architect of the Capitol in the performance of his or her powers or duties. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section, or any other provision of law to the contrary, no administration or other fee may be charged for contracts awarded under the Quincy Veterans' Home Rehabilitation and Rebuilding Act.
