§ 45-30. Summary suspension. If the Department finds that there is an imminent danger to the public health or safety which requires emergency action, and if the Department incorporates a finding to that effect in its order, summary suspension of a license may be ordered pending proceedings which shall be instituted within 14 days to determine whether the summary suspension shall remain in effect until conclusion of a formal hearing on the merits.
