§ 20-20. Immunity from prosecution; drugs; public education program. The Department shall develop and implement a public education program to educate the public about the provisions set forth in Section 414 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act granting immunity from prosecution for drug overdose victims or persons seeking help for drug overdose victims if the only evidence for the possession charge was obtained as a result of the person seeking or obtaining emergency medical assistance.
