§ 2.1. To assist the Governor in submitting a recommended budget, including estimated receipts and revenue, to the General Assembly, and to consult with the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability, at the Commission's request, in compiling a report on the estimated income of the State, as required under Section 4 of the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability Act.
