Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 2705/2705-510. Use of prisoners for highway cleanup

§ 2705-510. Use of prisoners for highway cleanup. The Department has the power to request, from the Department of Corrections, the use of prisoners in a program as provided in paragraph (f) of Section 3-2-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections  1 for the cleaning of trash and garbage from the highways of this State.
