§ 2705-205. Study of demand for transportation. The Department has the power, in cooperation with State universities and other research oriented institutions, to study the extent and nature of the demand for transportation and to collect and assemble information regarding the most feasible, technical and socio-economic solutions for meeting that demand and the costs thereof. The Department has the power to report to the Governor and the General Assembly, by February 15 of each odd-numbered year, the results of the study and recommendations based on the study.
The requirement for reporting to the General Assembly shall be satisfied by filing copies of the report as required by Section 3.1 of the General Assembly Organization Act 1 and by filing additional copies with the State Government Report Distribution Center for the General Assembly as is required under paragraph (t) of Section 7 of the State Library Act. 2
