§ 2705-120. Transfer of other rights, powers, and duties from Department of Public Works and Buildings. The Department has the power to exercise all rights, powers, and duties vested by law in the Department of Public Works and Buildings and in the Director of Public Works and Buildings not otherwise expressly transferred to and vested in another department.
