§ 5. Definitions. In this Act:
“Director” means the Director of the Illinois State Police.
“Senior citizen” means a person of the age of 60 years or older.
“Senior citizen victimizer” means a person who has been arrested for committing an offense against a senior citizen.
“Statewide Senior Citizen Victimizer Database Terminal” means an interactive computerized communication and processing unit that permits direct on-line communication with the Illinois State Police's Statewide Senior Citizen Victimizer Database.
