§ 2605-320. Criminal history information for Department of Human Services. Upon request of the Department of Human Services, to conduct an assessment and evaluation of sexually violent persons as mandated by the Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act, 1 the Illinois State Police shall furnish criminal history information maintained on the requested person. The request shall be in the form and manner specified by the Illinois State Police.
