§ 2310-50.5. Coordination concerning public health emergencies. To coordinate with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency with respect to planning for and responding to public health emergencies, as defined in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. 1 The Department shall additionally cooperate with the Governor, other State agencies and local authorities, including local public health authorities, in the development of strategies and plans to protect the public health in the event of a public health emergency, as defined in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.
