§ 2310-442. Breast feeding; public information campaign. The Department may conduct an information campaign for the general public to promote breast feeding of infants by their mothers. The Department may include the information in a brochure prepared under Section 2310-305 or in a brochure that shares other information with the general public and is distributed free of charge. If the Department includes the information required under this Section in a brochure authorized or required under another provision of law, the Department may continue to use existing stocks of that brochure before adding the information required under this Section but shall add that information in the next printing of the brochure. The information required under this Section may be distributed to the parents or legal custodians of each newborn upon discharge of the infant from a hospital or other health care facility.
