§ 2310-432. Medical examiner offices; medical facilities. The Department shall ensure that medical examiner offices are included as part of medical facilities for the purposes of complying with and implementing Sections 212(e) and 214(l) of the federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(e) and 8 U.S.C. 1184(l)) and 22 CFR 62 regarding the federal Exchange Visitor Program.
