§ 2310-365. Health and Hazardous Substances Registry. To require hospitals, laboratories, or other facilities in the State to report each incidence of cancer diagnosed by those hospitals, laboratories, or facilities, along with any other information the Department may require in order to develop a Health and Hazardous Substances Registry pursuant to the Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances Registry Act. 1
The Department shall promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Section pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. 2
