§ 2310-280. Clinical trials information. The Director of Public Health shall make available on the Department's website information directing citizens to publicly available information on ongoing clinical trials, and the results of completed clinical studies, including those sponsored by the National Institutes of Health, those sponsored by academic researchers, and those sponsored by the private sector.
