§ 2310-205. Community health centers. From appropriations from the Community Health Center Care Fund, a special fund in the State treasury which is hereby created, the Department shall provide financial assistance (i) to migrant health centers and community health centers established pursuant to Sections 329 or 330 of the federal Public Health Service Act 1 or that meet the standards contained in either of those Sections and (ii) for the purpose of establishing new migrant health centers or community health centers in areas of need.
